How does the service work?

You send us the work you need completed in a way that is convenient to you, i.e. email/fax/post/dropbox/google docs, etc.  We then complete the work within the set timescale and return it to you via your preferred method. 

As soon as you send us work, an acknowledgement email will be sent confirming receipt and an estimated time of completion provided with the acknowledgement.

 

What if I require changes?

  • Any errors or omissions must be advised to us within 5 days of work completion and will be corrected free of charge.  Any errors/omissions noted after this time will be charged at £15 per half hour. 
  • FINAL proof reading is the responsiblity of the client

 

What about expected turnaround times?

An estimated time of completion is always provided at the outset.

Turnaround times are subject to availability and must be agreed with us via email in advance to any work being commenced.

 

How Do I Pay For Services?

We accept Credit/Debit Card payments via Paypal and Bank Transfers - just select the package you require and we will send you out an invoice for payment, prior to work commencing.  

 

Documents Are Confidential

We have a strict confidentiality policy.  No details regarding clients and/or information relating to work will be disclosed or passed to any third party.  We are more than happy to sign a 'Confidentiality Agreement' prior to any work commencing.   

 

How do I know I am getting value for money?

Time is the most important factor, we always stick to the timescales provided and you are only charged for 'actual' time spent - we use a system called 'Toggl' to record exact minutes.
